Jenn Ann Rule Breaker?

I am certain that I won't be able to comply with this law that goes into effect next week. What will I do while sitting in traffic or stopped at red lights? Not to mention how will I capture great photos like this and then mobiley blog while going 75 mph? My license plate collection will now be an illegal activity, or at least adding to it will be. Stupid California!

I saw this same sign and was going to mention it on the show tonight!

FYI, word verification is still on. Is this upsetting the Queen?

are you sure you can't take pics? I only see that text messaging is banned. What about emailing and photo taking? We need to get Striker on the specifics...the people must be educated!

from my research, photoing while driving is still legal...

California State Bill 28 "specifically bans the use of an electronic wireless communications device to write, send, or read a text-based communication while driving a motor vehicle."
