Cal State Fullerton in our Statistics class the Spring Semester of 2002 - He got an A on the test that I got a C on...this is NOT typical of my overachiever nature...meeting someone that was cute and a bigger overachiever than I, was HIGHLY attractive
2. What was the first thought that went through your head when you met?
OVERACHIEVER, followed by cute guy, LOVE his blue eyes and dark hair
3. Do you remember what they were wearing?
Actually I think so...red and blud patterned dress shirt (that I later learned was from Old Navy when I started doing his laundry) with a navy sweater over it...PREPPY = HOT!
4. Where was the first time you kissed this person?
After our first date at my mom's house...sorry mom!
5. How did he ask you out?
On the premise of helping me study since I clearly needed the help
6. Where did you go for your first date?
TGI Fridays and then to play pool (which we both sucked at)...we only studied each other

ummmmmmmm...less than a week? That's not quite right...We met at the beginning of the semester which was early February, I was working on breaking up with the current bf and officially dumped him after my 21st birthday trip to Vegas on St. Patricks Day. I believe our first date was a week after that and it was pretty much instant couplehood.

I would hope so since we've been married for 3 1/2 years

There are many: puts up with me :), challenges me intellectually, helps out around the house, drives me everywhere we go together, lets me sleep on all car rides lasting 15 mins or more, takes care of the dog and cat "presents" (he leaves the puke for me though)
14. What is the thing you do that gets on his nerves?
There are many: leaving every pair of shoes that I wear downstairs (I hate wearing shoes in the house and at least I've began putting them in a box), not putting a new roll of tp on the dispenser (I just sit it on top - he's accepted this and just does it for me), when I'm SUPER lazy and guilt him into doing chores because I have to work (then end up blogging), when I yell at him (the frequency has decreased since my surgery at least)

I'd like to apologize to Jinjer for pretty much stealing her survey idea...but it was such a good one that I can't help posting these when I come across them now...plus they are great for when I want to procrastinate on writing appraisals. :)

1. Where did you meet? Through work on the phone. I was a manager calling his company manager (which he was) to complain.

Seriously, after the first date, we became inseperable and then we were together-together about 2 weeks into it.

1st time I met him, I called my mom right after and said I met the guy I am going to marry.

He just gets me. It's that simple. He let's me be me, understands me and he tries everyday (and succeeds) in making me happy.

I make him walk the dogs at night when I am tired even though I really don't do much all day while he works hahah!

yeah, he was wearing the smoking hot TGI Friday's kitchen wear... black/white checkered chef pants and a thin white shirt

in my car, often :) but I honestly don't remember the first kiss. how bad is that???
5. How did he ask you out?
he was somewhat helping me get over my ex who had just dumped me, and he says, "you know Chad would be jealous if you told him we'd gone out." To which I replied, "ok, when do you want to go?"
6. Where did you go for your first date?
met up at TGIF and then went to see a movie... Booty Call, to be exact. It was so romantic ;)

there is some disagreement between him and I on this because he claims to remember me from his previous time working at TGIF, which was like a year before our first date (which = coupledom). I don't remember him from back then, just for about 2 months before our first date.

yes... the first proposal was very romantic

"the" thing??? the biggest one is probably leaving dishes in the sink. Which I ONLY do if there are already some in there!

Freaky!!! I got another TGIFridays story!!! Craig and I knew each other for a few years before officially dating (he kept asking me to date, I said no). The night I finally accepted that we were, in fact, dating all those years, we had eaten dinner at TGIF!!!

We met at my friend Heather's house.
2. What was the first thought that went through your head when you met?
Cutie!!

I was wearing jeans and a shirt that showed a little of the girls, the shirt said "Flirt like crazy, Wake up sandy!"
No clue what scott was wearing, most likely shorts and a t-shirt.

My mom's house

His mom called and asked if I would go out once, turned her down, he called twice, I was busy, then finally told him he could come over for a party at Heather's house.

1st date was a group date at Big Shots, have never been back since.

We met in the middle of June at Heather's were both busy for a few weeks and offically started dating on June 30... we got married that same day 4 yrs later :-)

Everything, he is an amazing man. I have no idea what I would do without him. He is my everything, I still get that feeling when he kisses me, just like our first kiss.
