The fountain in the town center is flowing? It's a bad camera phone picture taken at 6:00 AM in the rain, but the really long fountain is actually on and flowing while it's raining. Nothing annoys me more than fountains and sprinklers running in the rain. Well, a lot of things annoy me more, but this makes the list of things that annoy me!

Sprinklers are bad when running in the rain...you should know where I stand on that issue! Caltrans is the WORST when it comes to that...how many times is it pouring down rain and you see all of the sprinkers at an offramp going full blast?
However, I will take issue with the fountain. A fountain has a fixed amount of water in it. The water is continously reused when running in a fountain. The fountain has to run in the rain, so that it can contain proper levels. Otherwise, it would fill up and spill out, and that would actually cause more water loss than if the fountain were running.
It's finally raining up here.....it's pouring in Sacramento.....it's windy in Santa Cruz....and 71 degrees in Phoenix.
I love Phoenix.
In other news the Jasmine house is 67 degrees
It finally warmed up here in Florida after being on freeze watch for 2 nights in a row. We covered our orange tree with the hot pink bed sheets I used during my labor.
