I made super easy and YUMMY cupcakes and promised Tina that I'd post the recipe. Thank you Real Simple! I made them even easier by using Pilsbury Cream Cheese frosting...I exclusively use Pilsbury mix and frosting for my cupcakes because they are so moist, and the pumpkin puree makes them even better...I actually baked them a few minutes longer than normal.

Pumpkin Cupcakes
